1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter is Iona & Lime LTD, registered in UK with registered address Unity Chambers, 34 High East Street, Dorchester, Dorset, United Kingdom, DT1 1HA
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition opens on 20th November 2025 at 10 am and closes on 23rd December 2025 at 6pm
3.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must follow @ionaandlime, like the competition post, and tag 3 friends during the Competition Period. Share to story for additional entry.
4.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4.3. A maximum of 2 entries per person is permitted. (additional if shared to story)
5. Prize
5.1. There is one (1) beauty gift bag to be won, with an approximate total value of £240.
5.2. The exact products included in the beauty gift bag may vary and are subject to availability.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
6.3. The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner and all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment
7.1. The winner will be contacted by Direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the draw taking place.
7.2. The winner must respond and confirm their full name and postal address within 7 days of the notification email.
7.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
7.4. The prize will be dispatched to the winner within 30 days of confirmation of their postal address, where reasonably possible.
8. Publicity
8.1. The winner’s first name and county may be used in reasonable publicity by the Promoter (for example on the Promoter’s website and social media channels).
8.2. By entering, participants agree to this limited use of their details for winner announcement purposes, unless they specifically object at the time of claiming the prize (where permitted by law).
9. Data Protection
9.1. The Promoter will process personal data of entrants only for the purpose of administering this competition and, where consent is given, for marketing communications.
9.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL], and with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR).
10. Liability
10.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, corrupted or not received for any reason, including technical or network issues
10.2. As far as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this competition or from the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize, except were caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
11. Disqualification
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• provides false or misleading information; or
• attempts to tamper with or unfairly influence the entry process.
12. Cancellation or Amendment
12.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and/or these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any such dispute.
