Shipping policy

At Iona & Lime, every order is carefully prepared with the same attention and care we’d give in-store. As a small, family-run business, we take pride in packaging your skincare beautifully and getting it to you safely.


Processing Your Order

Orders placed

Orders placed on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. 

During busier periods (such as launches or seasonal times), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.


UK Shipping

We currently ship across the UK using trusted delivery partners.

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 24HR

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available), so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


In-Store Collection (if applicable)

If you’re local, you may have the option to collect your order in-store.

We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready for collection — usually within 1–2 working days.


Delays & Delivery Issues

While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can happen that are outside of our control (such as courier delays or peak periods).

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Iona & Lime cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives damaged or you believe something is missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
