Because our products are designed for personal use and hygiene is so important, we keep our returns policy simple and considered.
Our Returns Promise
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided that items are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original, sealed packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
This ensures every customer receives products in perfect, untouched condition — just as intended.
Starting Your Return
If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at hello@ionaandlime.co.uk with your order details.
We’ll personally guide you through the next steps and send over a returns form, making the process as smooth as possible.
In-Store Purchases
If you purchased with us in-store, you’re very welcome to return your item within 14 days. Just bring:
- Your unopened product
- Your receipt
We’ll be happy to assist you in person.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been carefully checked, we’ll let you know the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
If Something Isn’t Right
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Send us a quick email with details and photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.
