How to use

Application: Apply a generous amount to damp, towel-dried hair from roots to ends. Wait Time: Leave on for at least 10 minutes (though 3-10 minutes is often recommended, longer is more effective). Routine: Use once a week, or two to three times a week for highly damaged hair. Post-Treatment: Rinse thoroughly, then follow with Shampoo (No. 4) and Conditioner (No. 5). Best For: Hair damaged by heat, styling, or coloring. Note: It is not a leave-in treatment and must be washed out.
